I never buy anything online without first checking cashback sites.  Ebates seems to be the most popular, but there are many others.  These are the ones I use most often and http://www.nerdwallet.com/coupons/ is a great place to check the cash back available (although the amounts are sometimes wrong, so always check individual sites, it gives you a good idea of what range to expect.
